We are looking for a talented Account Manager/ Media Buyer to join our team! The individual will join a team of passionate individuals to help grow and expand our business. This role will focus mainly on the development of new and existing client relationships, as well as the optimization of clients’ online marketing campaigns. In this position, you will work with a dynamic group who understands the goals of your position and has the experience to get you the resources you need to do your job well.

What You'll Do:

  • Think outside of the box and develop recommendations for optimization efforts based on client-specific objectives
  • Create performance reports and proposals to educate clients on current campaigns and new opportunities that align with their business
  • Continuously work with management to refine growth, win-back, and renewal strategies
  • Utilize data to drive analysis and identify areas of opportunity and growth for clients’ affiliate programs and drive upsell discussions.
  • Identify and build relationships with a portfolio of clients to improve performance and profitability.
  • Analytics & reporting of campaign performance
  • Ability to optimize campaigns to meet CPA goals and ROI metrics

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of overall account management experience, preferably in the digital marketing space
  • Successful track record of managing multiple client relationships, portfolios and engagements
  • Experience in digital performance marketing including an understanding of affiliate lead programs
  • Background in direct response, managing campaigns to ROI
  • Split testing experience
  • Affiliate experience is a huge plus
